| opmerkingen | 20 November, IJmuiden, Velsen, Noord-Holland (J de Leeuw, B Couperus; Couperus & de Leeuw 2006). Another swift addition to the Dutch list. The bird was discovered from an office window and seen clinging to a concrete wall of an old watertower for a few minutes. Then it flew off north-west and was not seen again. A report from Terschelling, Friesland, on 17 May 2001 (Dutch Birding 23: 237, plate 268-269, 2001), has only recently been submitted and, if accepted, will make the IJmuiden bird the second.
