| opmerkingen | 5-12 August, Oosterwolde, Oldebroek, Gelderland, adult summer, photographed (E Koops et al; Dutch Birding 22: 243, plate 241, 2000); 24-27 August, Ossenkampweg, Zeewolde, Flevoland, adult summer (K A Mauer, R van Swieten, H Prinsen et al). Worldwide this species is a rarity and decreasing in numbers, with total numbers estimated between 2500 and 10 000 (cf Stattersfield & Capper 2000).
